Absolutely stunning two-bedroom, two-bath custom designer condo in the beautiful Arbor Trace community at world-class Barefoot Resort. This third-floor beauty has a vaulted ceiling and is decorated with brand-name furnishings along with beautiful appointments throughout its 1,100 square feet of wonderful living space. A glass storm door graces the front entrance and provides an open and even more spacious feeling when inside.
The custom-painted living room has a handsome sofa and chairs providing ample seating space for everyone in your group. The sofa boasts a pull-out memory foam sleeper for additional sleeping space. Cards and board games are provided in the entertainment center with a big-screen TV, DVD player, wireless Internet, and NETFLIX IN BOTH the BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. Just off the living room are a divine lanai overlooking our tropical paradise and the Greg Norman golf course. Comfortable furnishings await you there for total relaxation, morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails accompanied by the constant breezes coming from the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance.
Adjoining the living area is the beautiful dining room with seating for four. The adjacent kitchen is over-stocked with wonderful cookware and serving dishes. Everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal at your home away from home is here waiting for you.
On one end of the villa is the marvelous master suite with a wonderful queen-size bed that has REMOTE CONTROL ADJUSTABLE MASSAGING BASE, posh bedding with a QUALITY QUEEN MATTRESS, TV, ceiling fan, full walk-in closet, and a private full bath suite. A lovely twin suite is on the opposite end of the villa. This room has a TV, chest, ceiling fan, and a full closet. The laundry room and another full bath suite are just outside in the hallway, serving the twin suite and guests.
Arbor Trace has its own private swimming pool just across from the villa.
