Life does not get any better than spending your vacation escape at this marvelous first floor unit villa with over 1,050 square feet of beautiful living space, dramatic decor, designer furnishings and the owner’s wonderful personal touches that make this villa so appealing. The sweeping open floor plan provides the perfect atmosphere for families, couples or golfers to stay and play together.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and loaded with many extras for our guests. The cook is never out of sight or away from the fun going on in the great room. View the awesome flat screen TV from most anywhere in the living area. Just outside the great room is the screened and furnished lanai overlooking the Greg Norman 15th fairway.
The master suite has a very comfortable king size bed. A handsomely decorated full bath suite adjoins the master bedroom, which also has a flat panel TV and a full walk in closet!
On the opposite end of the villa the second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat panel TV, a full closet and nothing but cozy comfort for our guests.
A second full bath, elegantly decorated, serves both your guests and the second bedroom. Off the hall is a full laundry room.
No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.
