The Fantastic Four: Barefoot Resort Golf Courses

When you’re visiting North Myrtle Beach, there’s so much to see and do, but one of the most popular activities in the area by far is golfing! Luckily, Barefoot Resort Rentals makes it easy to experience all the best golf courses in Myrtle Beach. The courses available here, affectionately referred to as “The Fantastic Four,” make for an amazing golfing experience no matter your skill level! When you’re staying in one of our North Myrtle Beach vacation rentals, be sure to check out each of these phenomenal courses.

Norman Course

This Par 72, 7,000-yard course was designed by the talented Greg Norman and showcases the beauty of the natural vistas along the Intracoastal Waterway. If you’re wanting to play a challenging golf game with an unbelievable view from every hole, this is the one for you! Each and every hole is framed by the site’s natural vegetation to give a unique atmosphere and strategy to each shot. From the formal rough around the entire course to the beautiful waterways, there’s something new to see everywhere you turn.

Love Course

We really think that every guest who visits us will fall in “love” with this course! The Love Course is named for Davis Love III, a Carolina native who designed this incredible course for the resort. You’ll experience a Par 72, 7,000+ yard course that challenges everyone from the new golfer to the returning pro. Enjoy view open fairways, generous landing areas, and a unique Lowcountry character. There’s no question why this course is so popular with purchasers of our Myrtle Beach golf packages!

Fazio Course

Right between the Dye Course and the Love Course, you’ll find the Fazio Course, a Par 71, 6,834-yard course designed by the wonderful Tom Fazio. This course has a unique, strategic design that doesn’t head back to the clubhouse after nine holes but instead takes players through stunning surroundings meant to challenge all. Experience natural elevation changes, formal bunkers, waste areas, and water features as you make your way through the course. For the ideal blend of fun and challenge, you can’t go wrong with the Fazio Course.

Dye Course

Arguably, one of the most beloved Myrtle Beach golf courses is the Dye Course, the only semi-private facility out of the four. Once you visit, you’ll immediately understand why this Par 72, 7,343-yard course has been named among the Top 100 Courses You Can Play by Golf Magazine! Pete Dye has designed countless stunning courses over the years, and this one is no exception. You’ll find a memorable and challenging experience at every hole, with features like native grasses and natural white sands that provide an amazing view. Be sure not to miss out on this course while you’re in town!
