Terms & Conditions

Payment Requirement:
To guarantee your reservation, a $250 deposit of the total rental is required for reservations under 30 days. This prepayment is due at the time of booking by credit card. For reservations over 30 days, or 28/29 days for the month of February, the guest is required to call us and place an additional deposit totaling $1000. The balance is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please do not attempt to arrive at your rental property before the check-in time without calling our office to see if the unit is ready.

Cancellation Policy:
Short-Term Rentals – Under one month – Cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or longer before the arrival date will result in a refund of $150 out of the initial $250 deposit, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be subject to forfeiture.

Winter Rentals – One month and over – Cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or longer before the arrival date will not receive a refund of the deposit paid. Guests staying one month and over are to pay their balances by check when due.

No Motorcycles, Trailers, Golf Carts, Buses, RVs, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, or Jet Skis are allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.

Smoking inside the units is prohibited. No pets allowed.

No charcoal or gas grills permitted.
